Project Objective
For the KSL AGM Conference at the Fairmont Del Mar, we provided full production support in partnership with Elevation Digital Media. Our role focused on the technical and creative execution on-site, supplying camera systems, lighting, and experienced crew to capture the event at a broadcast-quality level.
Our team handled multi-camera coverage of keynote sessions, operated cameras throughout the conference, and served in Director of Photography roles to ensure consistent visual standards across all deliverables. We also designed and deployed lighting setups for stage presentations and interview-style setups as needed, balancing a polished look with a minimal on-site footprint.
Working alongside Elevation Digital Media, we helped deliver a seamless production that documented the scale, energy, and key moments of the conference while staying flexible to the needs of speakers and attendees. The result was a clean, professional archive of the event designed for internal use and future reference.
